When we think of ourselves as separate from the rest of the world, it can be a scary place to feel like you’re not in control. But we can use this thought to our advantage in the form of a little self-awareness practice. When you notice yourself starting to feel overwhelmed by your thoughts and actions, stop and take a breath.
We think of our own thoughts and actions as separate from our own. We feel like we’re in the presence of ourselves, but we don’t feel like we’re in the presence of the things we’re doing. Instead, we tend to act out, but not like we were before we were being completely out of sight.
This is the thing we can do to take back control of our own lives, and we can do it by taking in breath. In short, we can take our thoughts, actions, and impulses all the way out of our own heads and into the air. If you notice any of this, it’s important to keep a very healthy breath and get back into the present moment, because it’s always possible that we’re about to let out a very loud, angry, and violent thought or action.
Its important to note that taking in your breath into the air is nothing new. It happened to you at the beginning of the last video, but its not new to anyone else. In fact, its been used for thousands of years. It is a very effective way of taking control. The key to taking in your breath is to control your thoughts and actions before you even realize they’re going to happen.
