If you know me at all, you know that I’m a very self-aware person. I am so aware of myself that I am constantly self-conscious and self-critical about how I am interacting with others. It can be a bit unnerving, especially if you’re on the receiving end of this self-consciousness and then you take a look at yourself that makes you question whether or not you’re actually self-aware. The good news is that there’s a very easy fix.
The reason that theres this is a difficult fix is because you have to be in a situation where you have to deal with the fact that you are not self-aware. You can’t ever be aware of yourself without thinking things through and then taking a look at yourself.
The trouble is that you can get so self-conscious that you might not even notice youre self-consciousness. You might think youre a complete jerk, or you might think youre such a great person that everything you do is perfect, or you might think youre such a great person that you think everything you do is perfect.
Self-consciousness is a condition we can all fall into. If you have self-consciousness, you might be so self-conscious that you think you’re a total jerk. It could either be your personality, your actions, or both.
What’s self-consciousness? If you’re not comfortable with that, then it’s not self-awareness. If you are self-conscious, you are aware of your self-consciousness. Self-awareness is awareness of what you think and feel about your own personal identity. In other words, you are aware of your own feelings, thoughts, and ideas about how you should feel.
The problem is that we think we are more than just our thoughts and feelings. The way we feel about ourselves is often very different from what other people feel about us. We feel that we are a “good” person, or we feel that we are a “bad” person, or we feel that we are both. If you are not comfortable with this, then you are not aware of your self-consciousness.
It’s no wonder that our lives have been so very different in the past. We’ve always been constantly bombarded with messages that tell us how to feel about ourselves. Our culture has been built on the idea that there are only two emotions we should be feeling. If you don’t like yourself, you are inherently bad. If you are not a good person, you are a bad person. And if you are good, you are a bad person.
Well, I would say that the second emotion is a bit stronger than the first. I think that the first emotion is the most important. And while there are lots of ways to feel about ourselves, the first emotion is often the strongest. It is the most visceral and immediate. It is also often the one that gets us the most upset.
