I’m a big believer in the “can’t get enough of your stuff” mentality at our organization, and it is one of the reasons why I’m the best communicator and lead the way. I’ve shared this with many of you before, and it is the most common way I’ve found to share my thoughts and feelings of self-care. So self care means you are taking care of yourself, and you love when other people care about you. In general self care can be just about anything- it can mean taking care of yourself, going to the gym, eating healthy food, drinking tea, showering, walking, or sleeping.

Another good way to start is to look at your own life as a time loop. One day you are depressed, and the next day you are happy. How about your future self? How will you feel about yourself when you are older? It is the same way as you look at other people. If you want to be more compassionate, you should look at your own life and the people around you and take a minute to think about how you can make them feel better about themselves.
How many people do you think are really good looking at themselves, and how could you possibly be that much better? This is how people behave.
This is a classic example of how the internet is an amazing place. One of the most beautiful human traits we have is the ability to look at things from a much more positive and helpful perspective. In order to become the person that you want to be (and to help our species survive as a whole), we need to take a fresh and positive perspective on the world around us.
