I have been in the kitchen for over a decade now. I am a food writer, recipe editor, and author. I have been cooking and baking since I was 13 years old. I have written a dozen cookbooks plus countless cookbooks for my children and many cookbooks on Kindle. I write about food in my blog, Kitchen Confidential, and I write my weekly columns on food and drink for the newspaper.

I like to cook and bake, and I have a whole life I could be living if I’d only just stopped and focused on cooking and baking. I have a degree in fine food and a degree in culinary arts, and I am a licensed food historian and cookbook author, and I work in the food industry.

I am a cookbook writer, and I write about food and drink on a variety of topics, including a new study on the origins of the New York Times Magazine, which was written by Alex Bross and Tim O’Sullivan who have also written about food.
