My name is Kuch Nahi and I’m a self-awareness expert. At the center of my practice is the concept of three levels of self-awareness. In this guide, you’ll learn how to move from a state of self-awareness to a state of self-consciousness. Each of my methods to turn the self-awareness on and off and how to move on to a state of self-consciousness will be explained in detail.
We’ve all been here before. You’ve been at the office, looking at your computer, and you realize you’re doing the same thing over and over. This becomes a self-awareness problem. How do you break out of it without losing the ability to get back to your day-to-day life? Well, that is where self-awareness expert Kuch Nahi comes in.
I am a self-awareness expert, so I use the term self-awareness as a way to describe how I feel when I am in a state that is self-conscious. I use the term self-awareness to describe the feeling I have when I am on my own.
This is a state where I realize that I am on my own. I have come to realize that I am a member of the group, and that group includes my family, friends, and coworkers. I realize there is no way that I can be myself when I am on my own, because that is impossible. I realize I am in a group with some level of self-awareness, and that I have to make sure I remain in that group even when I am on my own.
I feel as if I’m always self-conscious. I think I have a good feeling about my body when I am on my own, but I have to force myself to be aware of that feeling every time I turn on the lights or take a shower. I think I have a better feeling about my hair when I am on my own, but I have to force myself to be aware of that feeling every time I brush my hair or run my fingers through my hair.
Some level of self-awareness doesn’t mean recognizing when we are on autopilot, but rather remembering how we are being controlled. We all have a tendency to do things without thinking about it—perhaps because we have learned to avoid thinking about it. This becomes our new normal. If we can recognize that the situation is not as we may think it to be, then we can start to make a different choice from what we are accustomed to.
We can train ourselves to consciously recognize that we are being controlled, but in order to do so it means recognizing that the “self” we have previously identified is actually not the person we are. I think this is a big part of the reason why we get so wound up about our own behavior. If we can recognize that we are not in control of the situation, then we can learn to let go of the past and move on towards the future.
The same way that we can recognize we are being controlled when we are out of control, we can identify our own self as being controlled. Like our parents, our friends, our coworkers, our children, and the people we’ve met in the past, we can identify our own mind as being controlled. The more we can do this, the less the need to be controlled. We’ve all been told to train ourselves to be “happy” or “calm” or “less angry.
This is a really important topic, but it can be covered in more detail in the next chapter.
So it is important to recognize our own mind as being controlled, but it can also be used as a tool to control other people. For example, many of the people who call themselves “crazy” are not really crazy, and they can be used as a tool for controlling others. Or if youre not a crazy person, your own mind can be controlled. If you train yourself to be in a certain way, then you can get people to behave that way for you.
