Life is a series of questions and answers. What is the truth? What is the truth about life? Who am I? What am I? What am I? All these questions are a part of our journey and we must live them out to the best of our ability.
As a life poet or storyteller, it is my responsibility to be as honest as possible. In my work I try to be as open and honest as I can be, knowing that some of my stories and truths will probably be a little bit different than others.
Here’s something to think about… when I was in high school, my mom read to me the story of a man who had a problem with all the questions he asked. It was a life poem. The problem was that he asked some very specific questions but still didn’t know the truth about who he was. For the duration of his life he didn’t know who he was, he was a person with an endless number of questions in his head. I think we all have this problem sometimes.
Thats a good question, and I have a feeling life poems are pretty universal. The problem is that we rarely know the truth about who we are, and we dont know what we are.
I think the best way to get to know yourself is to ask questions. You dont have to be specific, but you should at least ask a question to find out. So if you get a question about your gender, for example, ask that very specific question. If you get a question about your age, ask that very specific question. If you get a question about your height, ask that very specific question. If you get a question about your weight, ask that very specific question.
The best way to find out something about a person is to get as specific as possible. The more specific, the easier it is to find out.
A lot of questions may be too broad. But if you ask the most general question you can think of, you’ll find out a lot more about someone.
